Yoga is a practice that is designed to be accessible and available for all levels of experience. At Practice Yoga we tailor each practice to your unique needs and requests to support you in achieving your goals. We practice at your convenience- your schedule, your time.
At Practice Yoga our classes are held in a one on one or small group setting in order to provide keen individualized attention to your specific needs. We offer custom classes and modifications to ensure we are creating accessible sequences.
We are passionate instructors with knowledgable training expertise and invested in your growth on the mat and off the mat. Our expertise allows us to help you achieve your goals through intelligent sequencing and modifications.
NICOLE KJAER LIVELY
Private practices are designed exclusively for your level of experience and any issues you want to address. In a one on one environment we create customized classes through intelligent sequencing to support you in achieving your goals.
Semi private practices are limited to four students. Our small group settings are great for your friends, family or coworkers. Semi private practices are an ideal format to deepen your practice with a tailored focus for your groups' unique goals. We work in an intimate environment so we can offer a modified practice and safe adjustment for your individual needs.
Private & Semi-Private practice may be appropriate if:
-You are new to yoga and looking to gain a foundation for practice.
-You are experienced in your practice and would like to broaden a particular category of poses, or overcome specific challenges.
-You have a specific ailment and are looking to refine your practice to support recovery.
We work around your schedule with the convenience of either practicing in your home, office/studio or online.
Community yoga practices are pre-registered series that are tailored to a particular focus. Expect to learn more than the asanas and deepen your practice.
Community practices are excellent for students looking to gain a foundational practice that progresses every class.
Every community yoga series includes a weekly live practice, a recording for you to practice as many times as you would like (and whenever you would like), and mindfulness prompts for you to incorporate throughout your week.
Bonus? Meet a crew of inspiring yogis from across the globe and support one another through the power of practice.
